Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for a strategic and creative social media professional to lead the brand's digital presence. The role focuses on strategy, planning, and performance insights crafting platform-specific campaigns that drive engagement, storytelling, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Plan and calendarize monthly/quarterly content with creative and marketing teams.
• Analyze platform insights, audience trends, and performance data to optimize strategy.
• Lead ideation for campaigns, brand moments, and collaborations.
• Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with performance marketing, PR, and design teams for integrated execution.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, new formats, and platform innovations.

Requirements:

• 35+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Analytical, data-driven, and skilled in campaign planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Hindi is a must

  strong command over both written and spoken Hindi.

Preferred:

• Experience in the media, entertainment, or OTT industry.
• Exposure to influencer strategy and content marketing.
