Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager + Graphic Designer who can handle end-to-end content creation, planning, and posting for multiple brands.
If you can design clean creatives, manage social media pages, think creatively, and deliver high-quality content consistently - you’ll fit right in.

This is an in-office role where you work directly with the founder and take ownership of creative + social strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan monthly social media calendars
• Write captions & basic content
• Schedule and publish posts
• Handle daily posting & engagement
• Track post performance and prepare weekly reports
• Stay updated with trends, reels, and viral formats

Graphic Design (Core)

• Create static posts, banners, stories, ads
• Brand identity creatives
• Carousel posts
• Promotional and festival creatives
• Basic motion graphics is a bonus

Creative Strategy

• Understand brand identity and maintain consistency
• Suggest new ideas for reels, campaigns, storytelling
• Collaborate with team for content execution

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn trends
• Ability to handle multiple brands
• Basic copywriting skills
• Good sense of aesthetics, layout, and typography
• Time management & ability to meet deadlines
• Reel editing (bonus but not mandatory)

Experience Needed

• 6months - 1year of experience in Social Media + Graphic Design
• Freshers with solid portfolios can be considered
• Agency experience is an advantage

Education

No strict degree requirement - skills & portfolio matter more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
