Role Overview: As a Social Media Content Manager at Flymedia Technology, your main responsibility will be to create, manage, and analyze content across various social media platforms in order to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and achieve marketing goals. You will collaborate closely with the graphic team and video editors to ensure multimedia content is engaging and effective. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and schedule compelling content for different social media platforms - Work with designers and copywriters to produce multimedia content such as images, videos, and reels - Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to strategize effectively - Stay informed about platform algorithm changes and implement best practices accordingly Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge and experience with platforms like Instagram - Proficient in written and visual communication - Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail - Excellent written skills in English - Preferably 2 years of experience in social media or content creation Additional Company Details: Flymedia Technology is a digital marketing company based in Ludhiana. We offer benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement. The work schedule is full-time and permanent, with day shifts. In addition to the base salary, performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses are provided.
