As a Social Media Manager at Dream On Travel, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing social media strategies, optimizing content for various platforms, engaging with the online community, and analyzing performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include designing and curating captivating content, crafting compelling captions, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across different social networks. You will collaborate closely with the team to enhance the company's online presence and visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility - Optimize content for various social media platforms - Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries and comments - Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement - Design and curate content that resonates with the target audience - Write compelling captions that enhance engagement - Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging Qualifications: - 0-1 years of experience in social media management - Proficiency in "Premier Pro and DaVinci" is preferable - Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) - Excellent Content Strategy and Writing abilities - Effective Communication and engagement skills - Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret social media performance metrics - Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling - Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred At Dream On Travel, we are a passionate Tamil Travel Community dedicated to curating unique group trips for solo and group travelers.
