Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Content Creator at our company, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our brand story, products, and enhancing our online presence. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining a content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals, as well as creating engaging posts, reels, and stories that resonate with our audience and reflect the identity of our brand, Back2Farm. Collaboration with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns will be essential in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for actively monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages on a daily basis, ensuring that our brand voice is maintained in all interactions with our followers. It will be your responsibility to stay informed about social media trends and make necessary adjustments to our strategies accordingly, as well as analyzing engagement metrics to optimize content performance.
