Role Description

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Own and manage Ayoo's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan monthly content calendars from reels to carousels to stories that connect.
• Create and produce posts using tools like Canva, Figma, etc.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to bring authentic stories and expert insights to life.
• Track growth, engagement, and insights to keep improving what we do.
• Brainstorm campaign ideas around mental wellness, therapy, and emotional well-being.

What We're Looking For

• 13 years of experience in social media or content creation.
• A deep sense of empathy and interest in mental health conversations.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and social media analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of video editing and reel creation
