Role & responsibilities

Social Media Management (Organic)

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories in collaboration with the design team.
• Manage community engagement reply to comments, DMs, and build brand advocacy.
• Monitor organic growth metrics (followers, engagement rate, reach) and optimize.
• Performance Marketing (Paid)
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google Ads for lead generation, signups, and product sales.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and ad copy.
• Track and report CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product & sales teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel to track KPIs.
• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.
• Recommend data-backed improvements to campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in social media management and/or performance marketing.
• Proven results in growing accounts & running profitable ad campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong copywriting skills & basic design sense (Canva/Photoshop).
• Comfortable with analytics & performance metrics.
• Bonus: Experience in EdTech, career services or startup ecosystem.
