Our products are loved by customers for their quality and authenticity, and now we want to build consistent engagement, awareness, and sales through social media. Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Social Media Manager to handle our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram and Facebook (and potentially other platforms) to grow our audience, boost engagement, and support sales campaigns for festive hampers and seasonal products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar. Create engaging posts, reels and stories aligned with the brand’s voice. Write catchy, professional captions with strong call-to-actions. Manage posting schedules and maintain consistency. Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, professional way. Track and report performance (engagement, reach, conversions). Suggest creative ideas for festive promotions and campaigns. Requirements: Proven experience managing social media for a brand/business (portfolio preferred). Strong content writing and basic graphic design/video editing skills. Understanding of social media trends, reels, and influencer marketing. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with food, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands. Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook/Instagram). Work Details: Freelance/remote role. Flexible hours, with weekly/monthly deliverables.
