About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow company presence across various social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create engaging content including captions, reels, graphics, and posts
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Collaborate with the design and content team to develop creative campaigns
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in social media and/or digital marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Good to Have:

• Experience with basic video editing (e.g., reels or shorts)
• Understanding of influencer collaboration and brand building
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.)
