Social Media Intern – Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Pune

Duration: 3-6 months (can be extended based on performance)

Stipend: Based on skills and experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. If you love social media, creating engaging content, and have a knack for trends, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You will get hands-on experience in managing social media accounts of Pune's well known brands, executing campaigns, and learning the nuances of digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Research industry trends and create engaging content (text, images, reels, carousels, etc.).
• Monitor social media platforms, engage with the audience, and respond to comments/messages.
• Support in running paid ad campaigns and analyzing their performance.
• Track and report social media analytics to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to develop creative campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
