Through podcasts, reels, and slow-burn content, were creating a space for honest conversations, cultural resonance, and emotional clarity. If you&aposre someone who notices the tone of a pause, the rhythm of a story, or the way music can carry a mood youll feel at home here.

What Youll Be Doing

1. Edit podcast episodes into engaging long-form + bite-sized clips
2. Create reels and stories that blend content + aesthetics
3. Collaborate with therapists & creatives to convey sensitive ideas respectfully
4. Organise raw footage, add subtitles, transitions, and creative overlays
5. Experiment with storytelling formats: lo-fi, documentary style, talking-heads, animations

Youd Be a Great Fit If You

* Have a strong sense of visual rhythm and emotional pacing

Know how to do graphic editing(A MUST)

* Know how to work with "Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve"

* Are comfortable editing for "Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify/Apple Podcasts"

* Can balance aesthetics with authenticity were not trying to be clickbait-y

* Are curious, reliable, and culturally rooted (or curious about Indias cultural layers)

* Bonus: Have an interest in psychology, wellness, or storytelling
