Job Description: We are seeking a talented and innovative Social Media Influencer to become a valuable member of our team based in Bangalore. As a Social Media Influencer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and content creation, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating content and enhancing brand visibility across various social media platforms. Your primary focus will involve crafting engaging material for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels, collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns, and fostering strong connections with our audience. Responsibilities: - Develop compelling and top-notch content for different social media platforms to attract and retain followers. - Work in tandem with the marketing department to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and brand strategies effectively. - Interact proactively with followers by responding to comments and messages, thereby nurturing a sense of community trust. - Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports to optimize content strategies. - Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices to ensure content relevance and engagement. Requirements: - Proven track record of at least 3 years in a Social Media Influencer or similar capacity. - Demonstrable strong online presence with a substantial follower base. - Proficient in content creation across various formats (photos, videos, reels) and basic editing skills. - Familiarity with social media analytics tools and engagement tactics. - Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore. - Experience utilizing influencer marketing tools and collaboration platforms. - Ability to customize content to cater to diverse target audiences. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule conducted in person at our Bangalore location.
