• Monitored and tracked diverse online platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Quora, GMB, YouTube, LinkedIn, Play Store, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, and consumer forums
• Extensive experience in social media analytics and crisis monitoring, with expertise in tracking digital content in real time
• Identified trends, sentiment analysis, and key insights to shape marketing and PR strategies.
• Generated real-time alerts for crisis situations and engaged in proactive reputation management.
• Tracked competitor activities, Word Clouds and industry trends to provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepared detailed reports with data visualization (charts, graphs) to showcase social media performance and audience sentiment
• Monitor and analyze social media conversations, brand sentiment, and audience behavior across multiple platforms.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer reviews across platforms, addressing concerns and fostering positive engagement to build trust.
