Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop

    social media creatives, posters, and digital campaigns

  • Collaborate with the TA team to

    create content strategies

    for recruitment marketing.
  • Manage and maintain social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure all creatives align with the companys

    brand guidelines and employer branding strategy

  • Monitor performance of recruitment campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in

    social media, recruitment marketing, and design tools

Requirements

  • 2–4 years

    of proven experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
  • Creative mindset with ability to design

    attractive and impactful visuals

    .
  • Experience in running or supporting

    hiring campaigns / talent branding initiatives

    is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with TA teams.
