Social Media Expert

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert to manage our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online community, running paid campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to improve brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
* Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, blogs, etc.).* Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging channels.* Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display, etc.).* Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.* Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions, ROI).* Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online communities.* Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.* Stay updated with latest tools, algorithms, and features of social platforms.

Requirements:

* Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.* Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.* Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing is a plus.* Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
* Certifications in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Ads (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
