We are seeking a Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist with 5 years of experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. You will be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and sales by creating and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, optimize, and report on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
• Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ad creative aligns with objectives.
• Generate regular reports and share performance insights.
