We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Executive who is comfortable creating engaging content, including reels, short videos, and on-camera appearances. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
2. Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form video content and reels, including appearing on camera.
3. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
4. Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
5. Collaborate with design, marketing, and tech teams to create cohesive campaigns.
6. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio trends, and platform algorithm updates.
7. Support in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement and growth strategies.
4. Comfortable creating and appearing in video content (reels, stories, promotional clips).
5. Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Inshot, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Creative thinker with a good sense of storytelling, trends, and visual aesthetics.
