We are looking for a female Social Media Executive with a background in Mass Communication who is confident in front of the camera and comfortable anchoring videos for both in-house social media content and client projects. The ideal candidate should be creative, articulate, and passionate about digital media and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Anchor and present videos for company-owned social media platforms and client content.
• Participate in scheduled video shoots (as required).
• Assist in planning, creating, and executing social media content across platforms.
• Coordinate remotely with the content, marketing, and video production teams.
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and current social media trends.
• Support basic content ideation, scripting, and shoot preparation.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media, digital content, or related roles.
• Educational background in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Comfortable and confident with anchoring and on-camera presentation.
• Fluent in Bengali, English, and Hindi (spoken proficiency mandatory).
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Camera-friendly personality with clear voice modulation and expression.
• Ability to work efficiently in a work-from-home setup.

Work Details

• Working days: Monday to Friday

Compensation

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
