Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies tailored to each platform.
2. Create and schedule engaging content (images, videos, reels, carousels, pins, tweets, threads, shorts).3. Conduct regular competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.4. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce high-quality visuals and posts.5. Monitor analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports to track performance (reach, engagement, growth).6. Engage with the audience by replying to comments, DMs and encouraging interaction.7. Suggest and implement platform-specific growth hacks (e.g., trending audio for reels/TikTok, SEO keywords for Pinterest/YouTube).8. Plan and run small paid campaigns if required.9. Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms and trends.
