You'll work closely with our creative team and clients to conceptualize, plan, and execute digital content that not only looks great but also delivers results.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Build brand strategy and identity frameworks tailored to client goals.
  • Create campaign plans, content themes, and tone of voice guidelines.
  • Understand brand psychology, audience behaviour, and content placement.

Copywriting

  • Write sharp, clear, engaging copy for posts, ads, websites, and campaign decks.
  • Use tools like ChatGPT to spark ideas but refine with strong human insight and voice.
  • Be comfortable with both short-form (social media captions) and long-form (brand stories, scripts) writing.

Design & Visual Communication

  • Confidently use

    Canva

    to design posts, moodboards, client decks, and quick-turnaround creatives.
  • Maintain a strong visual eye and a basic understanding of layout, color, and typography.
  • Collaborate with the design team for more complex requirements and ensure brand visual consistency.

Social Media Management

  • Plan and manage social content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate timely publishing.
  • Monitor engagement and refine strategy based on performance insights.

Client & Team Coordination

  • Act as a key link between client goals and our creative execution.
  • Manage timelines, collect feedback, and keep communication smooth across all stages.
  • Assist during shoots and content production to ensure output matches strategy.

Tools & Systems

  • Comfortable using

    Google Sheets

    , and basic project tools.
  • Bonus if familiar with Notion, Trello, or analytics platforms.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent copywriting (both creative and strategic)
