Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in New Delhi. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance social media presence, optimizing content for multiple social media platforms, and analyzing campaign performance. Day-to-day tasks include creating content strategies, monitoring social media platforms, managing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet marketing objectives. The role also involves continuous tracking of industry trends and exploring innovative approaches to digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and assess performance metrics to improve campaigns
• Experience using social media analytics tools and familiarity with current trends
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in managing social media accounts for organizations is a plus
