The Role We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who is passionate about design, trends, and storytelling. You’ll be responsible for creating and posting content across all social platforms , managing day-to-day social media activities, and supporting marketing campaigns — both remotely and during in-office collaborations. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality visuals, reels, and stories using Canva or Adobe tools. Plan, schedule, and publish posts on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube using Buffer or similar tools. Research and apply trending hashtags, ideas, and sounds to increase reach. Write creative captions and assist in planning monthly content calendars. Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and monitor community growth. Support the marketing team with reports and campaign performance tracking. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation. Strong design skills and proficiency in Canva/Adobe. Good command of English and creative writing. Understanding of social media trends and algorithms. Proactive, organized, and willing to work in a hybrid environment (Delhi NCR). What We Offer Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience). Hybrid setup (office + remote flexibility).
