Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled and creative Social Media Expert with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing and have a good understanding of paid advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Generate quality leads through effective targeting and ad optimization
• Monitor ad performance, analytics, and budgets to maximize ROI
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
• Conduct A/B testing and audience research to improve campaign results
• Stay updated with trends and changes in digital marketing tools and platforms

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in running paid ads (Meta & Google)
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
• Basic knowledge of performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Good communication skills and creative thinking
• Ability to work independently and deliver results

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
