Social Media Executive

As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Head in various marketing activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in day-to-day marketing activities, campaign execution, lead tracking, and reporting. - Handling social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) by posting, replying to messages/comments, and boosting engagement. - Coordinating with internal teams to create content around services, client experiences, and ongoing promotions. - Capturing and editing photos/videos for social media content, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes clips. - Helping manage digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and assisting in monitoring performance. - Maintaining a content calendar, suggesting new ideas, and staying aligned with seasonal campaigns and offers. - Supporting offline marketing activities like print designs, clinic branding, and coordinating local events or influencer visits. - Maintaining marketing data, client leads, and feedback forms for reporting and follow-up. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing is preferred. - Ability to work independently as well as in teams with strong personal discipline. - Experience in building, planning, implementing, and managing an overall digital marketing strategy. - Providing creative ideas for content marketing and updating the website. - Launching optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc., to increase company and brand awareness. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Skills and experience in creating content for digital marketing.
