Social Media Executive & SEO

Job Title: Social Media & SEO Specialist – Immigration Services

Location: Janakpuri West, District Centre

Experience: 06 Month – 1 Year (preferably in Immigration or related fields)

Salary: 15k - 22k (plus incentives)

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, and video) across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and paid promotions.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
• Respond to followers, build community engagement, and manage online reputation.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages.
• Perform regular SEO audits, fix technical issues, and improve site health.
• Build and manage backlinks strategy, outreach, and content collaborations.
• Monitor website rankings, analytics, and provide monthly SEO performance reports.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience in Social Media Management and SEO.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Creative mindset with excellent content writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or video editing tools is a plus.
