Social Media Executive / Reel Creator

As a Social Media Content Creator at our Digital Marketing & Creative Agency, you will play a crucial role in creating high-impact short-form video content for diverse B2C and D2C clients. Your primary focus will be on social-first performance and brand storytelling, driving engagement, follower growth, and measurable business outcomes through platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. **Role Overview:** - Conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit 10-20 short-form videos per week aligned with campaign briefs and content calendar. - Own end-to-end Reels production including storyboard, talent direction, filming, audio design, color grading, and final edits for optimal platform performance. - Collaborate with performance marketers and designers to iterate creative variations for higher CTR and view-through rates. - Utilize platform analytics to track performance, report insights, and suggest optimizations for enhanced engagement and conversion metrics. - Maintain a rolling content calendar and asset library ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, copyright, and caption best practices. - Stay updated on platform trends, emerging formats, and viral mechanics to propose content ideas for increased organic reach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proven experience in creating viral short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. - Practical experience with Canva for quick social assets. - Knowledge of Meta Business Suite or platform-native publishing/analytics tools. - Strong skills in short-form video editing including timing, pacing, captioning, and sound design. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience directing talent and running on-set shoots for social content (Preferred). - Familiarity with creator collaborations and UGC-style content production (Preferred). - Basic understanding of social paid amplification workflows and creative testing (Preferred). In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced creative environment with on-site collaboration and real-time feedback loops.
