Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content trends, audience engagement, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting and scheduling across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
• Create engaging content captions, reels ideas, and story concepts
• Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
• Coordinate with design and video teams for creatives
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Strong communication and creativity skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Reels, short-form video ideas, and influencer coordination
• Basic knowledge of paid social media ads
• Experience in real estate / corporate branding (added advantage)
