Key Responsibilities: • Content Development: Support the creation of engaging and original content including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos. • Platform Management: Assist in managing social media handles like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Threads. • Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our community regularly. • Campaign Support: Work with the team to brainstorm, plan, and execute content strategies for marketing campaigns. • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, challenges, tools, and viral formats. • Visual Coordination: Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure visual content aligns with brand aesthetics. • Performance Tracking: Learn to use basic analytics tools to review content performance and share insights with the team. Key Requirements: • Fresh graduates with a degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or related fields are welcome. • Basic understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads. • Strong writing and storytelling skills in English and Hindi. • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a sense of humor. • Comfortable being on camera for content creation (e.g., reels, videos). • Aware of current trends, pop culture, and viral formats. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment
