We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, with a focus on enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to adapt and improve content strategies. Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality graphics, videos, and infographics. Manage the daily social media calendar and ensure timely posting and campaign execution. Respond to customer comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Drive engagement and follower growth across platforms through organic and paid strategies. Coordinate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company updates. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging social media trends. Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience managing corporate social media accounts (agency or in-house). Proven expertise in handling platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter professionally. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.). Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
