Profile: Social Media Executive

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Salary Range: 25,000 to 30,000 per month

Location: Sector 67, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Manage companys social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver creative campaigns.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to enhance engagement.
Run paid campaigns if needed (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to boost reach and ROI.
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
Respond to comments, DMs, and queries to build community engagement.
Stay updated with latest social media tools, algorithms, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Bachelors degree.
2 to 3 years proven experience in managing social media for company
Strong knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design / editing tools.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
