Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who can manage and grow our clients’ and our own social media presence across multiple platforms. If you love creating engaging content, staying on top of trends, and connecting with audiences, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Strategize, plan, and manage social media content for multiple brands (B2B & B2C). Build and maintain monthly social media calendars with a content mix tailored to each platform. Write high-converting, creative, and trend-driven captions for posts and reels. Coordinate with the design and video team to ensure timely delivery of visuals. Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends. Monitor and analyze content performance using platform analytics and prepare monthly reports. Communicate directly with clients for approvals, feedback, and updates (if required). Ensure all creatives align with the brand tone, voice, and goals. Engage with online communities—responding to DMs, comments, and customer queries. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 1+ years of hands-on experience managing social media pages (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.). Excellent written communication skills with creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Trend-savvy and meme-friendly is a big plus!
