Social Media Executive

Location: Chembur Company name : Bal Roadlines Salary: Upto 25,000/- PM About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and creative Associate –Communications to support our outreach and awareness efforts across themes such as transport, freight, decarbonization, and electric mobility. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sustainability and a flair for design, storytelling, and digital media. Key Responsibilities · Create visually engaging content such as banners, graphics, infographics, and short video content for social media and other communication channels · Draft compelling and well-structured content in both English and Hindi across platforms · Use AI tools to develop and optimize impactful content · Manage official emails, prepare responses, and maintain professional communicatio standards · Coordinate with internal teams for planning and execution · Support event communication, meeting briefs, and stakeholder engagement material · Handle file organization and documentation in MS Office and similar tools · Be open to learning new tools and technologies as per project needs Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (e.g., CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) Working knowledge of AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E, Canva AI) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good digital literacy and the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms Highly organized with an eye for detail and creativity A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Eligibility Fresh graduates to 2 years of relevant work experience in design, content, or digital communication Background in communication, media, design, or sustainability-related fields is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
