Host 2 Unlimited is a dedicated Digital Partner for Educational Institutions such as International Schools, Colleges, Campuses, and Universities. We specialize in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Branding, Public Relations, Influencer Collaborations, SEO, Admission Marketing, Online Reputation Management, Powerful Video Storytelling, and Amplifying Event Success.

Key Responsibilities

● Create, organize, and publish compelling content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
● Design and implement monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and ongoing marketing initiatives.● Actively oversee community engagement—respond to messages, comments, and queries in a timely and brand-consistent manner.● Work in close coordination with designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver content that is high-quality, cohesive, and aligned with brand guidelines.● Measure and analyze key performance indicators (reach, engagement, audience growth, conversions) through tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social media reporting dashboards.● Stay informed about emerging social media trends, new platform features, and viral content opportunities to boost visibility and audience engagement.● Collaborate with internal teams to support event promotions, product launches, and ongoing brand campaigns across social media channels.● Review competitor activities and share insights to identify new growth possibilities and enhance overall strategy.● Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports, highlighting performance insights, recommendations, and improvement strategies.● Execute on-site content creation at client locations using iPhones—capture daily activities, coordinate approvals with teachers, and upload final creatives to the assigned campaign folder.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related disciplines.
● 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms.● Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.● Strong understanding of algorithms, KPIs, and platform best practices.● Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.● Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools like InShot, VN, CapCut, Clipchamp, etc.

Preferred Skills

● Experience in creating Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending content formats.
● Understanding of influencer partnerships and user-generated content strategies.● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns at once.● Google Ads or Meta Ads certification will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
