As a Social Media and Content Development Intern, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring social media channels as well as the company blog. You must be tech-savvy, opinionated, and able to express your thoughts through descriptive writing. Your main task will involve posting new content regularly on the Internet. Additionally, you may need to develop or revise text for various platforms such as online communities, press releases, web articles, and video blogs. It is crucial that you can write professionally for diverse audiences and consistently meet tight deadlines. Your duties will also include setting up social media accounts, maintaining daily activity, and influencing customer behavior across new media channels. You will need to analyze client-initiated conversations and provide insights to the marketing and sales teams. Furthermore, you will develop content for posting on all social media outlets, monitor online competitor presence, and research new blogs and channels for trend identification.
