Social Media Coordinator

As a Social Media Marketing Associate at RawRX, you will play a key role in driving influencer-led content creation for our fast-growing D2C health & wellness brand. From researching viral UGC to coordinating with influencers and video editors, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience across platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include writing short and compelling scripts, uploading content on various social media platforms, assisting with ad uploads on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, as well as tracking content performance to optimize results. You will collaborate closely with influencers, video editors, and the ads team to ensure that the content not only captivates but also converts. To excel in this role, you should have 0.5-2 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or content production. A strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and UGC trends is essential, along with excellent scripting and content writing skills. Familiarity with Meta/Google ad platforms will be advantageous, and strong communication and project management abilities are a must. This position requires you to work full-time from our office in Gurgaon, Monday to Friday.
