We’re seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy Social Media Handler to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across platforms. This role is perfect for someone who blends creativity with analytics, understands audience behavior, and thrives on crafting engaging content that resonates with diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and campaigns.

• Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.

• Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

• Manage influencer collaborations, giveaways, and paid promotions.

• Uphold brand voice, tone, and inclusivity across all content.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
