Social Media Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  
• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with the schools academic and co-curricular calendar
  
• Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and viral content to enhance reach and engagement
  
• Increase brand visibility and digital footprint through strategic storytelling and timely postings
  
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to gather content and promote key events, achievements, and school culture
  
• Monitor analytics and create monthly performance reports to measure the effectiveness of social media activities
  
• Engage with the audience through timely responses, comments, and community management
  
• Work closely with the design and photography teams for creative assets and visuals
  
• Ensure all content aligns with the school’s values, tone, and communication standards
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
  
• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably in the education or service sector)
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Creative mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box for campaigns and engagement strategies
  
• Analytical skills to track performance and make data-driven decisions
  
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively in a school environment
