Social Media Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing and growing social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and viral trends to enhance the schools digital presence and brand image. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with the schools academic and co-curricular calendar Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and viral content to enhance reach and engagement Increase brand visibility and digital footprint through strategic storytelling and timely postings Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to gather content and promote key events, achievements, and school culture Monitor analytics and create monthly performance reports to measure the effectiveness of social media activities Engage with the audience through timely responses, comments, and community management Work closely with the design and photography teams for creative assets and visuals Ensure all content aligns with the school’s values, tone, and communication standards Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably in the education or service sector) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Creative mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box for campaigns and engagement strategies Analytical skills to track performance and make data-driven decisions Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively in a school environment Perks & Benefits: Dynamic and creative work environment Opportunity to contribute to the branding of a leading school Exposure to school events, leadership interaction, and real-time content creation Learning and growth opportunities
