Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:

    • Develop, create, and curate high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.).
    • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery and posting of social media content that aligns with brand goals and upcoming campaigns.
    • Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, stories).
    • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and algorithms to optimize content for maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Social Media Strategy:

    • Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer loyalty.
    • Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversions, and provide monthly performance reports.
    • Conduct audience research to tailor content and campaigns to target demographics.
    • Execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Influencer Marketing:

    • Develop and manage an influencer marketing strategy to engage with relevant influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
    • Identify, vet, and build strong relationships with influencers that align with the brand's values and target audience.
    • Oversee influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and performance tracking.
    • Collaborate with influencers to produce content that authentically promotes the brand and drives measurable results.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with the marketing, PR, brand and creative teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader brand and marketing objectives.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with online communities and responding to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and engaging manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for luxury category, design and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance and optimize content strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the e-commerce, fashion, or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Canva).
