Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Research and identify current trends, viral content ideas, and platform best practices to increase engagement.
• Draft compelling captions, hashtags, and content calendars tailored to brand voice and audience.
• Monitor page performance, engagement metrics, and competitor activity to suggest content improvements.
• Stay updated on social media algorithms and emerging formats to keep the brand ahead.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for storytelling.
• Good sense of design aesthetics and understanding of visual appeal in social media.
• Knowledge of social media trends, memes, and viral content formats.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
