Location: Indore (On-site)

Duration: Internship (3 Months)

Key Responsibilities:-

• Job Assist in developing and executing

  platform-specific social media strategies

  for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Understand and help optimize different

  content formats

  such as Reels, Shorts, Stories, Carousels, Static Posts, Lives, and Long-form videos.
• Plan, manage, and maintain

  weekly and monthly content calendars

  aligned with brand goals and ongoing campaigns.
• Work on

  Excel sheets

  for data tracking, reporting, and social media performance analysis.
• Track and take ownership of

  growth metrics

  including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and content performance.
• Assist in preparing

  weekly and monthly social media performance reports

  with basic insights.
• Ensure consistency in

  brand voice, tone, and visual identity

  across all social media platforms.
• Stay updated with

  platform algorithm changes, trends, viral formats, and social media best practices

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams such as

  design, content, and video editing

  for smooth execution.
• Support day-to-day social media operations and campaign execution.

Skills & Requirements:-

• Excellent

  English speaking and writing skills

  .
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office Suite

  , especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, collaborative environment

  .

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree
• Up to 2 months - 6 months of experience.
• knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & trends.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
