As an experienced Social Media Content Creator with a knowledge of video editing, you will be joining an integrated marketing agency in Mohali, with digital as its forte. Key Responsibilities: - Brainstorm ideas with the team, research trends, and manage a monthly content calendar for social media platforms. - Edit raw footage into reels, shorts, ads, and long-form content with quality sound, graphics, and effects. Repurpose content for multiple platforms. - Shoot short videos, BTS content, and design basic graphics/thumbnails. Draft engaging captions and scripts for various social media channels. - Ensure brand consistency by aligning videos with brand guidelines, maintaining quality checks, and managing a digital content library. - Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and suggest improvements for higher engagement on social media platforms. - Stay updated with tools, trends, and new formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
