As part of our growing team, we are looking for a talented Content Creator to shape and amplify our brand story across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Create engaging and high-quality content including blogs, social media posts, reels, stories, and newsletters to showcase RSDE’s design projects and expertise.
• Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with designers and project teams to produce photo/video content highlighting ongoing and completed interior design projects.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube to increase visibility and engagement.
• Content Calendar: Plan, manage, and maintain a monthly content calendar in alignment with brand campaigns and marketing goals.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects RSDE’s tone, style, and brand guidelines.
• Research & Ideation: Stay updated on industry trends, interior design inspirations, and competitor strategies to generate fresh content ideas.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance through analytics tools and suggest improvements for reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and project teams to align content with overall business objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Social Media Executive (experience in interior design/architecture industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for design and storytelling.
