Social Media Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Scheduling

· Ideate, create, and edit engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) for Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

· Develop and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars for both Roho and Ratan Textiles.

· Design and execute social media campaigns and experiment with new content formats.

2. Posting & Community Management

· Publish content as per the planned schedule across all platforms.

· Monitor and respond promptly to comments, DMs, and queries from followers, leads, and customers.

· Proactively engage with the audience to build a strong community and foster brand conversations.

3. Team Collaboration

· Work in close alignment (but not under) with the sales and design teams.

· Share audience insights, content performance data, and feedback regularly to help guide campaigns and product decisions.

4. Lead Handling & Escalation

· Identify potential leads or inquiries through social interactions.

· Engage with them and ensure smooth handover to the appropriate sales or design team.

5. Reporting & Insights

· Prepare weekly or monthly insight reports or newsletters highlighting engagement metrics, key trends, and actionable recommendations for the internal team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
