Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media & Content Creator who understands fashion aesthetics, trend cycles, and performance-driven creativity. You will be responsible for creating high-impact Instagram content, driving engagement, building brand relevance, and executing viral formats and creator collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across Instagram (primary focus) and other platforms
• Conceptualize and execute viral reels, carousels, and trend-led posts
• Maintain a consistent premium fashion aesthetic aligned with the brand
• Manage content calendars around drops, launches, and campaigns
• Execute and manage influencer & creator collaborations
• Track and analyze engagement, reach, saves, and growth metrics
• Stay ahead of fashion trends, social media algorithms, and content formats
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and performance teams

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 2–4+ years of experience managing social media for D2C fashion or lifestyle brands
• Proven track record of strong Instagram growth, viral reels/posts, or high-engagement content
• Deep understanding of Instagram-first content strategy
• Experience with creator/influencer collaborations
• Strong fashion sense and understanding of visual storytelling
• Ability to show real work, real results (no hypothetical portfolios)
