WoolGold India, one of the country’s premier manufacturers, is seeking a Senior Digital Growth & Marketing Expert to lead our international digital transformation and elevate WoolGold into a globally recognized brand.

Role Overview
This senior leadership role is designed for a results-driven professional with deep expertise in B2B marketing, global digital campaigns, SEO, and technology-enabled growth strategies. The focus is to strengthen WoolGold’s brand presence internationally, expand its reach across Europe and the United States, and position the company as a trusted partner to the world’s leading fashion agencies and luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global B2B marketing strategies that enhance brand reputation and secure high-value international partnerships.
• Lead data-driven advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, optimizing for ROI, brand visibility, and lead generation.
• Architect and execute a comprehensive SEO and content strategy to establish WoolGold as an authority across global markets.
• Design and oversee digital ecosystems (CRM, automation, analytics dashboards) to streamline lead management, track performance, and scale operations.
• Leverage advanced analytics and MarTech tools to forecast trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to align digital initiatives with WoolGold’s long-term vision of becoming a worldwide industry leader.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of senior experience in B2B marketing, digital advertising, SEO, and global brand development.
• Proven ability to scale international business presence through technical marketing and digital strategies.
• Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation, performance analytics, and international campaign management.
• Strong track record of enhancing global brand equity in fashion, textiles, manufacturing, or premium goods.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and cross-cultural communication skills.
