Social Media Associate

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Associate to help us grow our online presence and engage with our audience across platforms. You'll play a key role in executing social media strategies, creating content, monitoring performance, and building community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Write compelling copy and create visuals in line with brand tone and guidelines
• Monitor social channels for trends, comments, mentions, and opportunities for engagement
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
• Assist in running paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
• Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.)
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices
• Support influencer outreach and collaboration efforts
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media with broader campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
