About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Social Media & Ads Specialist who can manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, create engaging reels, and handle content creation. The ideal candidate should know audience targeting, budgeting, and be able to deliver high-performing campaigns along with creative social media content.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).

* Identify and implement precise audience targeting strategies.

* Allocate and optimize budgets to maximize ROI.

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for the best results.

* Create engaging reels, posts, and stories for social media platforms.

* Handle content writing, captions, and basic designs if required.

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

* Conduct keyword and competitor research.

* Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing and ads management.

* Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.

* Ability to create engaging reels and social media content.

* Basic understanding of editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).

* Good communication and creativity.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
