Social Media and Meta Ads Consultant

As a Social media and Meta Ads Consultant at Globitude Travel, located in Delhi NCR / Gurugram, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network). Your role involves analyzing campaign performance, developing strategies to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and ensuring that businesses reach their target audience effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute data-driven Meta Ads strategies. - Set up, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. - Define campaign objectives, targeting, and audience segmentation. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS). - A/B test creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates. - Optimize ad spend and budget allocation for maximum results. - Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives. - Suggest high-performing ad formats (carousel, video, stories, reels, etc.). - Leverage Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and Custom Audiences. - Use Lookalike Audiences and Retargeting strategies. - Interpret customer insights and adjust targeting strategies accordingly. - Provide detailed campaign performance reports to clients or stakeholders. - Use Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party tools for analysis. - Offer strategic recommendations based on data insights. - Educate clients on best Meta Ads practices. - Guide businesses on ad policies and compliance. - Provide ongoing support and recommendations. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns. - Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Pixel setup. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. - Experience with A/B testing and conversion tracking. - Knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements. - Excellent communication and client management skills. - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus. - Meta Blueprint Certification is a bonus.
