About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing brand presence across platforms, and creating engaging content to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, and video) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to improve campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to boost visibility and reach.
• Stay up to date with changes in algorithms, best practices, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Ability to create and manage content calendars.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with paid ad campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Ability to design creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Pay: ₹13,653.89 - ₹39,091.12 per month
