We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a passionate, creative, and result-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead and grow our online visibility.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual who can handle end-to-end social media management, creative content creation, marketplace communication, and digital branding across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and GeM Portal.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining brand voice, designing creatives, creating short videos/reels, posting updates, generating leads, and boosting overall online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Create monthly social media calendars with strategic themes.
• Build and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Monitor analytics, generate insights, and optimize performance.
• Reply to comments, messages, and maintain audience engagement.

2. Creative Content Development

• Design high-quality creatives, carousel posts, banners, and infographics.
• Create engaging short videos, reels, story templates, product showcases, and basic motion graphics.
• Work closely with the internal design team to maintain brand consistency.
• Write catchy captions, hashtags, and marketing copy aligned with Bookford’s tone for kids’ content.

3. Marketplace & B2B Platforms

• Manage and update listings on IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
• Handle inquiries, share catalogues, follow up with leads, and support B2B conversions.
• Upload new products, respond to buyer queries, and maintain high response rate.

4. Government & Corporate Portals

• Regularly update and manage Bookford's profile on the GeM Portal.
• Upload products, maintain documentation, and assist in tender participation when required.
• Ensure compliance and proper listing formats.

5. Brand Communication & Marketing

• Create marketing plans for new book launches, combos, activity books, and seasonal campaigns.
• Draft newsletters, promotional messages, and product announcement posts.
• Collaborate with sales and e-commerce teams for promotional activities.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track performance metrics across all platforms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Suggest growth strategies, ad-ideas, and content styles based on analytics.

Skills & RequirementsTechnical Skills

• Strong command over Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
• Knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, Filmora, etc.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and digital trends
• Experience in managing IndiaMART, TradeIndia, GeM Portal (preferred)

• Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented

Preferred Candidate Background

• Experience in children’s books, publishing industry, stationery, toys, or kids’ content brands
• Understanding of Bookford’s audience—parents, teachers, distributors, retail buyers, and online shoppers
• Ability to generate fresh, kid-friendly, colorful concepts for posts and reels

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on skill, experience & portfolio)
Performance-based rewards and yearly increments.
